Shipping:
We offer free shipping on orders over $150 and $14.95 flat rate standard shipping on all orders under $150 within Canada and the USA. We offer $19.95 flat rate shipping Internationally and it's free over $200. We ship 1-2 business days after your order is placed, so expect your order within 5-10 business days in North America and 2-3 weeks internationally for standard flat rate and free shipping.
Priority Postage options are available and prices are determined by Canada Post.
Local Pick Up is offered to customers local to Victoria, BC in our Fernwood Shop or front porch of our Fairfield home. Just select "local pick up" at the checkout.
Duties and Tariffs: US orders are now processed through a third party to collect the required duties and broker fees to ship to the US for Delivery Duty Paid designation. The customer will be pay no additional fees upon delivery.
Orders are processed through a secure paypal site. Methods of payment are Paypal, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Returns and Exchanges:
All of our products are superbly designed and made in Canada. Supporting our local economy by manufacturing locally is very important to us; so is having direct contact with our facility and the fabulous people who work there. Having very high quality control standards make us feel confident that you are getting a great product, however should you have any issues with your Wee Woollies, please contact us and we will happily arrange a refund or exchange within reason.
