All of our garments are carefully crafted in our factory in Vancouver, B.C. We visit regularly to consult about new styles, pick up completed orders, or just say hi if we’re in the neighbourhood.

Where is your Merino Wool from?

Our Merino comes from ZQ™ certified farms in New Zealand; promising the highest standards of farming, land management and animal welfare (absolutely no harmful mulesing) to produce the world's best performance fibre. How do I care for my Wee Woollies?

We wouldn’t make a kids’ line you can’t throw in the washing machine with everything else. Our products are easy care, and prefer cool or warm temps. Hang dry is best(pure wool dries super quick), but tumble dry low is fine, too. Watch out for zippers and sharp objects that might snag your woollies. Do not use bleach or chemical stain removers, they damage the wool fibres. Stains should be treated before they set with white vinegar. If the stain persists try a baking soda/white vinegar paste to coat the stain(don’t rub) and wash again.

My wee one got a hole in her woollies. Now what?

Pure merino wool is made of superfine wool fibres. It’s what makes it so amazing but also vulnerable, and why we recommend our garments be worn as sleepwear and base layers. But kids will be kids and holes will happen. We recommend mending them before they run by stitching with a fine needle and thread. And patching with our handy iron-on patch kits do a great job of prolonging the life of your woollies.

What is your warranty and return policy?

We stand behind our products and and think they should be the comfiest clothes your kids will ever wear. If within a year of purchase there is damage from faulty fabric, stitching or manufacturing we will replace it within reason. Holes and damage from wear and tear do not qualify under warranty. Please email us with photos of the issue so we can determine the cause of the damage.

The colour/size I want is sold out. When will you have more stock?

We release new colours every fall so sometimes when they’re gone, they’re gone for good. But don’t worry, there’s always something Bright and Beautiful in the works and we’ll notify you when we have items back in stock. Just request a notification when prompted or send us an email.

Can I pick up in Victoria and save on shipping?

Absolutely! Just use the “local pick up” option for your shipping selection. We’ll notify you with pick up address when your order is ready. We are located in Fairfield, Victoria B.C.

Where can I buy Wee Woollies?

We are in a number of wonderful boutiques across Canada and in a few in the US. Let us know where you’re located and we’ll send you to the closest location.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we do! We offer flat-rate expedited shipping within Canada via Canada Post and to the US (USPS) for $15 or it’s free for orders over $150. International orders ship standard for $15 or free for orders over $250. There are shipping options to speed up the service if customers choose to upgrade their shipping. US order are duty free. International order are subject to duty at the customer's expense. Please check your local customs/duty guidelines. We can provide a signed "document of origin" upon request.

When will my order ship and how long will it take?

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days of being processed. Once you receive a shipping confirmation, expect 2-10 business days for Canada and the US and up to 3 weeks to the rest of the world. Holidays and customs can prolong the journey.

Why is there no tracking for my order?

Standard shipments to the US and rest of the world do not have tracking, unless the customer upgrades the shipping service.

How do I exchange an item?

Items can be exchanged within 60 days of purchase in original condition (unworn and unwashed) for exchange or shop credit. Customers are responsible for the return shipping to us, we’ll cover the cost back to you. Please email customercare@weewoollies.com for instructions.

Oops I didn’t get what I ordered!
